We are former big law firm attorneys who didn’t like the rigamarole and have depth of experience across practice areas from corporate law, real estate law and commercial litigation, to sports and entertainment law and intellectual property law. Our legal team’s diverse background, vast experience and extensive knowledge benefit each and every one of our clients; as an example, two of our attorneys are former Federal judge clerks.
