About Lou Ballezzi

Lou Ballezzi is an attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and other business transactions. A Pennsylvania native, Lou is a graduate of Princeton University, with an A.B. in Molecular Biology and holds a Master’s of Bioscience Enterprise from Cambridge University. Following graduation from Harvard Law School, Lou served as a federal law clerk for the Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr.in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to starting the firm, Lou practiced law as a business and finance associate at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, a Philadelphia-based international law firm. Lou has also worked in the technology and real estate sectors as an entrepreneur and investor. Lou’s practice includes a wide variety of legal matters involving corporate law and real estate. Lou has represented start-ups and small businesses, as well as multi-national corporations. Lou is a patented inventor and children’s author.
