Joel serves as Accounting Manager at Rogers Counsel, where he oversees the firm’s financial operations, managing everything from client billing and accounts payable to financial reporting. His attention to detail and operational expertise help ensure the firm’s financial processes run efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining Rogers Counsel, Joel spent nearly fifteen years at the Philly Free School, where he held a variety of roles with a primary focus on managing the school’s accounting functions. Before that, he spent more than two decades working in and managing restaurants, building a strong foundation in operations, leadership, and customer service.
Outside the office, Joel enjoys cinema, cycling, and camping with family and friends.
